Philadelphia Engagement Portraits of Maria + Brendan

This Philadelphia couple love this city and it’s art and they wanted to combined it all in their engagement portraits. Some favorite spots we stopped by was the beautiful artists gallery at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), The Rodin Museum, and we joust had to find one of Philadelphia’s beautiful murals.  I’m looking forward to their very grand wedding this fall at The Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia.

Heirloom Apples

I’m going to start a new little Monday post on my blog. There are so many images that I like and I  don’t really know where they fit. Random images from my life, the travels and my artistic exploration. Today I start with apples. Apples are just so perfect; round, glossy and evenly sized. While traveling in Germany last summer I ran into this basket of apples. It reminded me of the apples we used to pick when I was a child. They made the best apple pies!

Stone House Wedding of Alissa + Brett – 11.05.11

Every year some lucky couple gets the peek fall foliage and Alissa and Brett were so fortunate to have that week with their lovely wedding at The Stone House in Warren, NJ.  In her beautiful Amsale gown the couple took advantage of the autumn colors for some portraits on the grounds. It was rather chilly but you would never know it from their images.  The couples chuppah was made by Alissa’s cousin. He even carved their initials in one of the posts. I just loved the personalization. All the flowers and decor were by Le Petit Gardenia. Alissa wish for her wedding day was for her guests to “Feel the Love” and have a blast on the dance floor, which they did to the tunes of Soul Solution.
